I have to say, I was really apprehensive about purchasing a home… Especially it being my first time, but Mylene was so professional and very flexible, pretty much nothing short of amazing. I would be awake in the middle of the night looking over everything she sent and be surprised that she would respond to my questions at midnight or even 2am. Mylene really has gone the extra mile to make my dream of homeownership become reality, and I am forever grateful. She took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand and made sure there wasn’t anything hidden that could hang me up later. She knew that this process would be very stressful on me, but she was there every step of the way. She made sure that I got the best deal without putting me under any undue duress. I felt like she led me by the hand with words of encouragement. Mylene, you don’t know how much this means to me, especially with my life this past year. I feel like I am giving my daughter a sense of security by having something permanent in a great neighborhood that is close to our friends, work and school. Words truly cannot convey how appreciative and amazed I am. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for a dream home. You were able to find mine even when there was literally nothing on the market.
