Mylene is one of the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with. As she states in her web page, she is much more than an agent- she is definitiely a consultant who goes far above her agent duties. When selling my house, she gave me great advice that helped me to stage my house that resulted in a very quick sale (in escrow within 7 days of listing the house for sale)! She also went way above her agent duties. Being single, working full-time, and not being in the best of health, I had so much to do to get ready to sell the house (staging, packing, etc.). Mylene was so kind to help me in getting the outside areas (entrance and patio) to look great, which allowed the potential buyers to envision themselves there. As a result of her great staging advice and help, we had a very short time that I actually had to show the property, which I am very grateful for. We had multiple offers on my house!
Having a professional, experienced agent makes a whole world of difference during the whole real estate process. I am so thankful she has such great experience and knows what she is doing! On the other hand, my buyer’s agent appeared to be very inexperienced and requested unreasonable repairs (brand new water heater when the current one was working fine), Mylene always was such a professional dealing with the other agent and she did a great job in helping me not the feel the impact of the buyer’s agent being so inexperienced. In fact, I am sure she taught the other agent a few good lessons!
I also feel she always had my best interests in mind when advising me on various real estate issues. Since I was so happy with Mylene’s services on selling my house, I am also having Mylene help me buy a new home. The place I was interested in really needed a lot of updates. Mylene informed me of an option that I never knew was available to me – a purchase with a renovation loan. This program will allow me to buy the new place and make the necessary updates so that it will be move-in ready and I will have a lovely new home. She also suggested that I get the appraisal first before the home inspection just in case there were appraisal issues. I would have saved the home inspection costs if the appraisal had not worked out.
I am so happy I found Mylene to help me with my home sale and purchase. She always responds to emails/texts/calls in a very timely manner (she even responds to my late night email/text questions) and she is so friendly! I highly recommend her services.
