She always responded quickly to answer all my questions, and was very flexible with her schedule to look at properties.
Once we found a home we loved, Mylene suggested we put in a low offer. I was nervous because I didn’t want another buyer to outbid us, but it paid off! The seller didn’t counter and we got the home below asking price and appraised higher than the asking price. Even after we moved in to our new home, Mylene answered questions I had on property taxes etc. They say buying a home is stressful, but Mylene really help ease the nerves and stress. I recommend her to all my friends that are thinking about buying a home!
