Where do I even begin with this review?! So many things that I need to say about this woman! My relationship with Mimi actually started 5 years ago when I didn’t even have a home to sell!!!
I was caught in a little bit of an issue with the home we bought (from another realtor). I searched online and found that Mimi had knowledge, heart and passion for VA loans and Veterans altogether.
I ran into some MASSIVE issues with our newly purchased home and I found her online. Without going into boring details, she spoke with me for over 2 hours that night, calming my fear and guiding me to all the necessary channels I needed to solve our issue.
Fast forward 5 years….Over these past few years we remained in contact and I always promised her if we sold our home, I would only use her.
Well. We needed to sell, during a pandemic!
Everything Mimi did for us was contactless. The whole process. She handled EVERYTHING. From finding the handyman coming over to do repairs, to helping us navigate pest control, to going and buying items (we reimbursed) from Home Depot, to utilities, to touch ups, and to negotiations on the sale, that she held firm on!
We had an amazing buyer come in at day 8, we got the offer we wanted and we closed a few days ahead of schedule. Everything went so smoothly.
There is only one down side to my business dealings with Mimi (and it’s probably the biggest “thumbs down” ever)…..She’s remained so close to us that I feel like I need to find another home to sell just so I can keep her in our family lol
Don’t let this gem of a woman, mother, and agent pass you by. You’ll regret it. We love you Mimi. Thank you for everything!
