We sold our condo in Pacific Beach, and working with Mylene was the way to go.
Unlike normal sellers, we were not interested in getting the property “sold in 3 days”; we had renters, and were making money, so we were happy waiting for the buyer most interested in our property to come to our price. I’ve been monitoring our own market for a while to sell at a price that i’m happy with, and she was clearly diligent and knowledgeable about the market, and she worked with us over time on price adjustments and on showing the place around the schedule of our renters.
We live in another part of the state, and she was great in terms of providing recommendations for people to service the property, on arranging to have the garage door fixed, and on having the inspections take place. Her dedication and professionalism were second to none.
As we find ourselves looking for property in San Diego going forward, we have continued to work with her. Couldn’t be happier.
