Mylene is hands down the best realtor.
I first called Mylene three years ago asking for help to know if we could afford a house. She helped me make a plan to get financially ready. One year later, we were ready to buy. We bought a starter home, a condo. Fast forward two years, and we were ready to sell our condo and move to a real home. Mylene was there for us again.
I want to really emphasize how much she goes beyond what you would expect, in order to get you prepared for every contingency and to get you the best outcome. I felt fully prepared for every step of the process, and was able to contact her with any questions I had about things that inevitably popped up. I made full use of this to make sure I was not confused about anything.
Finding the right home can be exhausting, but Mylene is there every step of the way. She encouraged us not to get discouraged and kept us looking so that we would know what we wanted when the time came. Then we found the perfect house for us. It fit us just right. She worked very hard to make sure our offer was the one accepted, and we bought our forever home.
During the looking process, she worked way overtime to help us find a buyer for our condo. She coordinated with the buyer’s agent to keep the process as smooth for us as possible. Her people skills and communication skills are some of the best I’ve ever seen.
I really can’t put into words how much she does. She is exhaustive in her efforts to assist your process of buying or selling your home. There are just all these little things that Mylene takes care of, that you would never think of yourself.
Don’t look anywhere else for a realtor. If you are Buying or Selling, she’s your best option. Very highly recommended.
